Domestic (Within Australia) :

Standard - 2-8 Business Days 
Express - 1-4 Business Days 

Processing Orders

Orders are despatched within 1-3 working days. Whilst we endeavour to get all domestic orders delivered within 5 days, please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order to arrive especially during peak times of the year.

New Zealand:

Standard - 4-14 days 
Express - 2-7 Business days 

Processing Orders

Orders are despatched within 3-5 working days. Once despatched, New Zealand orders are sent standard or express with Australia Post.

All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Own It will not be held responsible if wrong details are given by customer or for the delay in delivery if we have posted your parcel within the time frame given.

All other countries:

Standard international only- up to 3 weeks 

Custom/ Import duties/taxes

All import taxes, duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay these additional charges your order will be shipped back to us and we will offer you a refund minus the cost of shipping. Only once your package has reached us can we issue a refund.
