Every product page has a Size Chart with measurements for that style. If you’re between sizes, message us and we’ll help.

Australia: dispatched within 1–3 working days. Standard 2–8 business days, Express 1–4 business days. New Zealand: dispatched within 3–5 working days. Standard 4–14 days, Express 2–7 business days. Other countries: standard international, up to 3 weeks. Please allow extra time during peak periods.

Yes. Every order is shipped with tracking, and your tracking number is emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

For international orders, any import taxes, duties and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. Email info@ownitbykc.com with your order details and reason. Please don’t send items back without requesting a return first. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Once your return is approved and received, refunds go back to your original payment method. Allow 7–10 working days for it to show, depending on your bank.
